Staff was very friendly. Hotel is conveniently located off the hwy, and near many fast food options. Ample parking. My only gripe would be cleanliness. It is a pet friendly hotel, so you can see pet hairs on furniture and in the bathrooom. I stayed at this hotel for a few nights each week for a few weeks, and during my last stay, i had to change rooms because i noticed several bites all over my legs and ankles. After looking around, i found a flea inside the sheets.

I looked for a room on Expedia. It said there were 4 rooms available with two queen beds. I walked into the desk and the clerk said they were sold out with no rooms available. So I went outside and reserved on Expedia since I realized the clerk may not be able to see Expedia rooms as available rooms. When I went back into the hotel the reservation had gone through but she said the only rooms they had were pet friendly. She would not upgrade me to a king bed room. So we took the pet friendly room with the accompanying odor. PET FRIENDLY was NOT in Expedia’s room description. When a lady came in after me she said she was given a king bed room but she needed a pet friendly room, so the clerk switched her to a pet friendly room. I found this inconsistent with the clerk telling us she had no rooms when I first arrived since she found one for that lady that had not been reserved for her. The room had a pet odor. (I am not intolerant to pets, I have always had dogs and cats.) The carpet needed a good cleaning to remove the pet stains and probably that’s where the odor was from. The bathroom floor had too many quick mop ups and needs a good scrubbing. Between the tiles and the corners were very dirty. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. Just an average room that needs a deep clean. I never would choose a pet friendly room and felt let down by Expedia and confused by the inconsistency of information by the clerk.
