Bad bed.
Overall, I'm only going to give it an "okay". The facility itself was extremely clean, including the room. Breakfast was good as long as you got there while it was fresh. Some of the best biscuits and sausage gravy I've ever had. Again, when it's fresh.
The problem was the bed. A broken down, sagging in the middle horror. After the first night, we advised the gentleman on duty. Our complaint was acknowledged, but no offer of action or correction made. The second night, me and my wife tried sleeping crosswise - she at the head of the bed, and me at the foot. No good. After breakfast on the second day, we packed up and checked out, losing the third day of our stay. Neither of us thought we could survive a third night. At checkout, we advised the person on duty that we were leaving because of the bed. They again acknowledged our complaint, but offered no accomodation. On second thought, I take back the "okay". No amount of biscuits and gravy can replace two lost nights of sleep. I hope Hotels.com does something about this.
