Bar Area was very dirty. Room had mould and stains on the carpet and smelled. Tried to get food and told they weren’t taking orders for 30 mins. Went back 39 mins later only ti be told the kitchen was closed!!!

The hotel only gives each person one pillow, the plug ins are far from the bed, shower is not ideal either and the drain had a difficult time to drain. Ok for one night before a flight but expensive for what you get.

Couple of niggles but very satisfied overall.
Very polite and attentive staff at the check in/ bar. Can't remember the last hotel I stayed in that only gave you one pillow each, I could probably have asked for another one but decided it wasn't worth it for one night. Bed rolled away from the wall when I was trying to sit up and read which was a bit odd. Shower was amazingly powerful but wet room floor is a bit slippy when wet which seems unavoidable. The bar serves some really nice food, we both had pizzas and then the vanilla cheesecake and were both very impressed with the quality.

We chose the ibis at Luton after our flight got changed from an afternoon flight to an 06:05 departure, forcing us to book a hotel for the night. The ibis was very convenient to the Airport. Although very basic, it was adequate on this occasion. Staff were very friendly.
