Quaint Farm House
The house was actually bigger than we thought from the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. They had directions to help connect to TVs. The host responded to messages pretty promptly. With the transition from fall to winter, there were a lot of dead flies that kept showing up near doors and windows. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house, especially for a dog friendly place close to Capitol Reef!

Over and Above
We were so thrilled to have so many extras! The coffee, creamer, oatmeal packets, Kleenex, shampoo, body wash, etc. Your TV’s were easy to operate, the view was great! You made us feel so welcome! Thank you so much. 5 star VRBO!

Lovely farm house near Capital Reef
Came to stay and have a day of exploring Capital Reef and Goblin Valley. Clean property. Beautiful views of surrounding valley and fields. Host was super attentive and helpful, even stopped by to help us with the TV. Definitely recommend.

Lovely getaway
Our group of 6, spanning 3 generations, stayed at this house for 3 nights to visit Capitol Reef and Grand Staircase-Escalante. The house was very cute and clean, and stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks. My (very minor) critiques were: 1) the second bathroom is located off the kitchen and downstairs from the bedrooms, so just know that everyone will likely be sharing one bathroom during the night; and 2: there weren’t very many plates, and the ones the house had were too big to fit in the microwave and allow the plate to rotate. Again, these were super minor issues, and would not stop us from staying here again.

One night stay
We were on our way through the Canyon Lands and this was our one night stay in Lyman. Place was beautiful and everything was perfect. Enjoyed our stay and it worked out perfectly for our trip. My only suggestion would be reflectors or some type of markers for the driveway as it is rather difficult to see the driveway entrance at night. Otherwise I would highly recommend the home!

We loved staying at the Lyman house. Very spacious and incredibly clean. The host had several things for the guests that were very thought out and considerate. Close access to capital Reef. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
