Clean hotel close to SU and downtown Syracuse
Hotel was ok. Mattress was bouncy and went home with back pain but room was very clean and location was great. It would have been nice to have coffee makers in the room.

Selected this hotel for the proximity to Syracuse University. Rate did not match room. Arrived to a pile of dirty sheets outside the front door. Room was clean-ish but bathroom could’ve used a bit more attention. Not horrible just not fabulous. Staff was kind and informative.

Close to SU which is what I wanted. Clean and friendly place. Tv wasn’t working on night one but I reported it in the morning and it was fixed when I came back that evening. Breakfast was ok. Eggs or another source of protein would be a nice addition.

The staff at The Parkview were amazing. From random conversations with the cleaning staff to Spencer at the front desk giving me tips on places to check out, my stay was wonderful. I was moving my child into Syracuse University, but I also had to work from the room each morning. The desk was perfect and the room was quiet and very comfortable. I will absolutely be staying there again when I visit my student! Thank you!

Room smelt like body odor. There was no mattress cover and hair on mattress. Air conditioner air smelt foul and could not open windows.
