All Holiday Inn Express’s are similar ( not a bad thing) very good value very nice ( free) breakfasts T The one in Norwich is no exception Close to the centre, clean modern ( older but refurbed very well) and worth the money

Great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean rooms and restaurant. Evening meal good value for money. Breakfast was excellent and the staff on duty made sure the food was well presented and topped up. Tables were cleared well and quickly. All in all a good experience. Good staff, comfortable rooms and the food was good value.

While it is no frills, the property is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were superb. While breakfast was not extensive in choice, it was far better quality than I recently experienced in a four star hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. Modern accommodations. Helpful staff. Breakfast time frame was great but would have liked more fruit options. Evening ala carte options pricey but tasted good. ASDA grocery store walking distance and convenient. Quick taxi ride to the University of East Anglia for only £10.

Holiday Inn Express Usual Quality
A perfect wind down 4 nights stay. There was access to a David Lloyd centre but we didn’t use it. Coffee & tea making in room no biscuits and better bean coffee for £1 available in snack bar. Breakfast was usual help yourself buffet. Fresh whole fruit not fresh fruit salad. Managed to satisfy our quite fussy tastes.
