Property is next to the freeway in an industrial district. Not walkable for dining. The airport transport was slow to pick up. My first call to the property rang without answer. The second call was picked up but the individual was very hurried and then hung up on me. The shuttle was dirty and in disrepair with torn carpet and split seats. The windows were covered with large shade screens that were discolored and dirty. The air conditioning was broken so there was no ventilation for the 10 people inside. When asked about the AC, the driver said the facility was aware but weren't going to fix because it was almost fall and cooler weather was coming. It was stifling in that shuttle. The shuttle driver was pleasant though. The hotel badly needs renovation. There was mismatched paint on the walls, scuff marks and carpets needing vacuuming. Our room looked pretty banged up with the same. The wood furniture was scratched, the chairs had stains and the bathroom fixtures were falling apart. The tub was in need of resurfacing. I'm usually not this harsh but we paid $300/room for one night. I expected more from Hampton. We usually stay at Hampton Inns because they are generally consistent across the board. I had to apologize to my son and his family for the condition of the hotel. (We booked their reservation) On the up side, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Appreciated that we could order dinner! Everything was nice except the AC/Heater unit in our room - sounded like an airplane taking off from the room. Finally turned the temp control so that it would not come on again.

The lobby was very dirty. The furniture (carpet, chairs and sofa) were soiled and very nasty and dirty. So was the carpet in the elevator very dirty. The phone customer service was bad. I was put on told for 10 minutes do get shuttle service at the airport. Eventually I hung up The breakfast was good.

Pools were shut down by the health department, hot tub too. Reason I pay so much is to have a pool & hot tub! Liz the bar tender / waitress in the evening had to work alone as staff was short. Praise for Liz.

property was fine. Shuttle service was awful. We waited for more than an hour to be picked up - one guest waited almost 2 hours. For return service, they had 2 shuttles available, but only operated one. We ended up getting an UBER - as did many other guests. UBER driver confirmed that this is an ongoing problem at the hotel. I will not stay at this property again for this reason. They should not be advertising that they offer shuttle service.

The outlets didn’t charge our electronics. The room isn’t cleaned every day. I was charged for parking for two days $20 each day, the last day we were there we had to pay an extra $15 for parking so we could leave the parking lot because the card that was given to us didn’t work and didn’t have time to go back in.
