My experience was horrible! I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt so strongly that I wanted to. The check-in desk isn’t open overnight so any issues that come up must be dealt with in the few hours it’s open. The first night my air conditioning didn’t work, and it had been over 90 degrees F during the day. It must have been over 80 degrees in my room, with no fan. The next day I asked for them to fix it and they gave me a fan, which was fine. The next night the fire alarm starting beeping every 30 seconds at 11pm and it was not replaceable. I tried to call the emergency number but no one answered. Luckily it turned off at about 12:30am but in the morning, I got no apology. They came in and ripped it off the wall and left me without a fire alarm for the third night. Overall, the room was disgusting and everything was broken. I would not be paid to stay here again.

Near the main touristics attractions. But located in a sector very poor and noisy (africain community). Appartment dirty and with bad odors from the kirchennette. These appartments need an intensive cleaning before rentals.

Great budget option
After reading the reviews i didn't have high expectations but we found the hotel comfortable and well located. Had all the facilities we needed and lots of restaurants nearby.

This is not a flagship venue -- Photo ID should be essential at check in; key should not be tagged with hotel ID and room number; room lighting was not good enough and desk lamp not available; kitchen sink was buckled and coffee stained crockery not a good look.

The staff was very friendly but the room needs a serious restoration, as easy as a good paint, cleaning of mold everywhere in the bathroom, the kitchen sink also need a good clean-up. The neighborhood is a bit scary at night. The only pros, it is cheap (because bought from Expedia, their real price on their website is 5 times more!).

Un lugar muy bien ubicado, con transporte público cerca pero con una limpieza un poco deficiente. Me quedé una semana y nunca fueron a hacer la habitación. Tampoco cambiaron las toallas. No hay recepción las 24 horas y lo peor: encontré una cucaracha en el baño y otro día otra cerca de la cama
