Take your boat out for a day of fishing, make use of the ample outdoor seating on the porch and soak up the picturesque views, or observe the kangaroos and other wildlife at your doorstep. Inside, the home is fully equipped with an indoor fireplace, spa bath and Wi-Fi throughout.
Located footsteps to the coastline, this heritage house in Maaroom boasts impressive views across the Great Sandy Strait across to Fraser Island. It’s beautifully furnished to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay experiencing the best of the Fraser Coast.

Inside, it features character-filled interiors with an indoor fireplace in the living room and ornate details throughout. The living area extends to an oversized deck, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors and allowing natural light to stream through. Take in waterfront views from the deck, with an outdoor table encouraging alfresco dining. Kick back in the backyard and cook up a storm on the BBQ grill. There is plenty of outdoor space for kids to run wild.

On rainy days, turn on a movie in the secluded second living area and leave the kids while you enjoy a home cooked meal. The generous size kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up a delicious meal; full size fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and cooking essentials. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with a large six-person dining table.

The house has three plush bedrooms, sleeping six guests in total. The first is fitted with a premium queen-sized bed topped with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night’s sleep. There is also wardrobe space for your belongings. The second bedroom is replete with a double bed, hotel quality linen and spacious wardrobe with vanity. Both bedrooms have access to the wrap-around deck and offer scenic views of the water. The third bedroom is nautical themed with two single beds and a large walk-in closet, perfect for those travelling with children.
