There was some delay in checking in. I have itinerary no. and email of booking but name of booking was different from one of my ID. I wasn't able to open receipt but reception should ask if I have another ID to prove my name. Then the problem was resolved. Overall enjoyed the stay!

It was a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. There was construction going on next door so it was kind of noisy and I'm not sure if they allowed smoking or not, but there were times where i would get the smell of cigarettes through the vents. Other than that, it was nice. I would recommend staying there

I had stayed in this hotel multiple times in the past and each time it was very comfortable. The staff is courteous and they really try to accommodate any requests you may have. On my last stay I really appreciate Tommy at the front desk for his assistance especially after I'd travelled for almost 24 hrs.

Had a great check in experience and received an upgraded room. Unfortunately we had to ask for another room on a different floor because of an industrial noise emanating from above the floor on the roof. It sounded like an industrial air conditioning compressor or a diesel generator. Once we relocated to another room it was again a great experience at the Hotel Royal.

Excellent stay for a full week in Macau. Great value and great location for getting around the hotel. Much more centralized to the main attractions of Macau than the Taipa strip, and will give you a much better glimpse of the everyday life in Macau outside of the casinos. All of the staff are English/Mandarin/Cantonese fluent, and the rooms are spacious & clean.

This hotel is not bad. Location for shopping is convenience If you,re looking for casino nearby this is not the place. The hotel have a small level of slot machines only. But very quiet surrounding. Its good for family stay.
