A estadia foi tranquila, mas as especificações do anúncio não está claro sobre o tipo de acomodação, como tb informa que possui estacionamento e ar condicionado, mas no caso tive que deixar o carro na rua e caso quisesse utilizar o ar condicionado teria que pagar a parte.

Bom, mas com desencontro de informações.
Stella é uma ótima pessoa, super receptiva... O apartamento está em uma ótima localização. O problema foi o desencontro de informações. No anúncio não deixa claro sobre a divisão do apartamento com outras famílias... nem das taxas extras que já são tabeladas, tipo o uso do ar-condicionado, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar, entre outros. Após a confirmação no aplicativo, recebemos um email detalhado sobre a condição de divisão do apartamento com outras famílias e sobre as taxas extras. Como eu solicitei a locação e já não tinha mais prazo para cancelar, não tive como desfazer a locação.
