Good stay if you only need a good bed and shower
Simple hotel, enough if you are looking for an option for a decent bed and a good shower, which was our case. Breakfast is ok, would be better if the juice was actually natural from the fruit, fruits that are abundant in the region. Early hours of the breakfast can get very crowded with tourists departing for the trips during the early hours

Nice Hotel Close to the Beach
The hotel is nice but there's still room for improvement. Breakfast is awesome, rooms are comfortable and clean. What I did not like was just that if you're driving, there's no valet and in order to park, you must leave the car and go inside hotel to ask staff for them to open the garage door. Honking does not work. Another issue I had was with the pool upstairs. There's no bar. One can't have a drink there, unless bringing that from somewhere. There's just pool and chairs. No cocktails. :( For this reason, I'd give 4 stars. It's very close to the beach, well located.

Good hotel for an affordable price
The hotel was really good and had a great price. The hotel itself is not in a super nice area but beaches are really close. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think they have to increase their offer with some small but important services. For example: They cannot change US Dollars into Brazilian Reals. The breakfast is good but one day it was kind of cold. In general I think it is a really good hotel. Totally recommended if you want to get something good for an affordable price.

Great location
The location of this Hotel was great, a few steps from the main beach in Maceio. The Hotel area was great for rest and, at the same time I felt I was close to the beach, where everything happens. The people that works at this Hotel are extremely friendly. You feel as if you are at home.

Limpeza ruim. Tivemos que ir na recepção várias vezes pra pedir pra limpar o quarto. Ficamos 5 dias. E não trocavam as toalhas molhadas. Quarto sujo. Funcionários grosseiros., complicado. Pois a reclamação não era só do meu quarto. Não indico e não retorno.

Incrível desde do atendimento na hora do check in até o checkout. O quarto muito bem arrumado e cheiroso.. tinha até mimo na decoração da cama e um vinho de cortesia para celebrar a chegada do ano. 😍😍 O hotel fica muito próximo à orla, isso ajuda muitoo! Só o que achei um pouco desconfortável foi a parte do elevador que precisa urgentemente de uma manutenção, tem 3 elevadores mas a demora é muito grande, essa reclamação da demora não foi só minha e do meu esposo, tinha alguns hóspedes falando isso. Mas acredito que uma manutenção básica no elevador, melhoraria bastante. Fora isso, tudo impecável. O café da manhã maravilhosoooo, parabéns a equipe. ❤️

Não se engane pelo preço
A estadia foi rápida, porém o suficiente, escolhemos esse hotel pela indicação de uns amigos, mas eles haviam falado sobre alguns pontos de oportunidade que por sinal perpetuam a ficarem se destacando ruim. Limpeza no quarto não eram feita todos os dias As toalhas fediam a barata (mesmo lavadas) estacionamento tinha que orar pra ter vaga e o café da manhã era uma fila. Em um dia que eu estava lá (ontem dia 05/01) o ovo estava um cheiro horrível, acho que colocaram um ruim no meio dos bons, mas estava um cheiro bem ruim no salão todo ! Enfim, pontos positivos é só a localização, e alguns funcionários que são bem atenciosos

Boa estadia para o réveillon
Boa estadia, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, localização excelente, estacionamento rotativo sem vagas para todos hospedes. Banheiro antigo precisando de reforma, iluminação boa no quarto, toalhas só trocam se você sinaluzar. No conjunto boa estadia. Preços de diárias exorbitantes, porém dentro padrão da cidade.
