There was a bed bug on the bed. We checked out late but staff was already informed but then the maid came in to the room no knock just opened the door while we still in there. Did not even say sorry or anything. I don’t recommend staying here. Considering we paid double the price of normal price. Worst apa i have ever stayed at.

It’s convenient that new towels and amenities in the bag are left in front of door, even if we asked “don’t disturb” or “ no cleaning” for whole day.
