Roach Approach
I became aware of the hotel’s renovations (under construction) upon arrival which was fine because our room looked great until….I put my bags down and spotted a roach. I killed it and took a time stamp picture (see attachment 1). I did alert the front desk and she offered us another room. I told her that I had only spotted one and that we would disregard…..until night 2 when coming back from a baby shower. We opened the hotel room and a roach was crawling up from the inside our door. 2 nights of being greeted by yet another roach is just unacceptable. I was now on edge making sure that our luggage was not on the floor and that the trash bins were closed up. This made for a not so great stay experience. My daughter was also not able to swim in the indoor pool because the water was unbearably cold; one of the main reasons I selected the hotel because it had an indoor pool which should be kept heated. I need some sort of compensation for the inconvenience; I will even settle for a refunded one night stay.

Was stay on my way home from Thanksgiving trip. I love that the hotel is very pet friendly. I have stayed there before and I really like the upgrading they are doing. Will stay there again

DON'T STAY HERE! There's no advance notice on their listing that the property is under renovation. We arrived after dark for our prepaid non-refundable reservation only to see a flyer taped to the front door that they're renovating. We already paid for a room so we stayed. Strong odor of paint or solvent. The hotel advertises a gym/workout room, but it was closed because of the renovation. The construction workers start at 8am so there's no "sleeping in" at this place. We asked to speak to the property manager but he wasn't available and didn't call us even though we left a message.

The establishment was under remodeling. No notice was given at all. Construction material was in plain view inside & out. The breakfast wasn't pleasing. Not much to choose from. My 4 nights wasn't pleasing at all.

Great Hotel! Will come back
Check in with Rachel was a breeze and she was super nice and helpful. The hotel was being remodeled but all accessible areas were neat and tidy. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. I was surprised with the huge big screen TV in the room. Breakfast was good. We stayed 3 nights. This was our second stay here and we will stay again.

Would liked to have known that they were in the middle of renovations. Our room was neat and clean, already renovated, but the door safety lock was broken. Almost impossible to get fixed before bed, so we took the chance that we would have no issues, and we didn't.

Friendly front desk. I did inform her at checkout that 2 of the rooms in my booking ( 106,112) had shower enclosure wall with significant black mold. The carpet adjacent to shower was saturated with water s d I had to go to bed with wet feet since the carpet area was adjacent to bed. Breakfast was kinda pitiful

Was not happy about how I was spoken to by the night shift person. Was making a cup of coffe at 5:55 I turned the light on so I could see and she said behind the desk I have that light off for a reason. Could not even come out to tell me and the way she said it was very rude. We stay at your hotels for every race but if this is how I am to be treated I may just pick another hotel.
