Worst and cheating and fake company
One of the worst booking n visit ever since many years.. you cheat with people..even after booking and payment online with card when i reched there.. hotel said they don't have any kind of booking after i showed them email from your side..as they don't have agreement with hotels.com.. then why you took my money and i travelled very long and didn't get any stay..suffered alot with family..

Economical Hotel ,very near to ladies gate
the hotel was good ,but the location on the map was confusing took half an hour to reach as many roads were closed,provided parking ,the rooms are good sized,the only thing is the carpet of the room was old and dirty .over all it was a nice stay.

An experience not worth repeating
Very bad experience as the hotel is in a terrible state. The furniture, carpets, curtains were all in a terrible state and need to be changes. Things were broken, hanging in crooked way on the walls, the management was rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming. I regretted the fact that I booked in this hotel. It spoiled my entire trip. The picture of the room on the net is so good, but that is not the fact.

مستوى الفندق
الفندق جيد لقربه من الحرم قضيت فيه ليلتين ولكن ينقصهم الخبره في التعامل ولا يوجد لديهم مواقف للسيارات وسعره يعتبر غالي بالنسبه للخدمه اللتي يقدموها ومقارنه بالفنادق من نفس المستوى وخدمة الانترنت لا تشمل الغرف حيث موجود فقط في الاستقبال ولا يغطي الحاجه
