fishing trip
property is great. clean, plenty of parking, communication with owner/manager was fine. if using boat ramp by house it’s all good. if using ramp by hwy bridge the roads to get there are terrible.

Perfect location, comfy stay
Loved the area. Easy access to the Res, Madison, Ridgeland, Natchez Trace, and Jackson. The owner is updating an original cottage, dock area, and yard. Comfy inside. Should be great when completed.
