It’s clean but it needs updating. There are no USB ports and the tv was older. The shower had no ledges to put your soap and the towel rack was inside the shower! That was a little strange! However, the bed was comfortable and the staff who checked us in was really nice. Free continental breakfast would have been nice.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Although there was a cost for the buffet the selection was superb, there was a person who brought me my silverware and made sure I had a drink. Definitely worth the $. The best part for me was the transportation to the airport. Doug was super nice and made sure I arrived safely.

Air conditioner made a terrible noise that was too loud to sleep. Shower was not in good condition or clean. The hotel had a weird smell throughout. Breakfast was good but it was an extra charge.

The lady at the front desk was so polite and helpful. The area and room were clean and simple and I would’ve given it a tremendous review if it weren’t for the cleaning ladies knocking on our door at 830am yelling housekeeping. I thought surely it was another room because checkout time wasn’t until noon and we had not checked out yet. The lady then knocked and yelled again and immediately tried opening the door but I had the bar locked on the inside. They then yelled sorry and left. We tried to go back to sleep because it was a late night for us and the lady came back 2 more times before checkout!! It was ridiculous. If you’re looking to get a good sleep in don’t stay here unless you want to be woken up every hour before checkout beginning at 830am.

We liked the excellent condition the hotel was in. Room was very clean. Didn't like the cost of the breakfast, which is normally free at other hotels. We chose to eat at Perkins instead.

Easy check in. Tv did not work and maintenance fixed it immediately. Room was clean and comfortable. Hall carpeting could use updating as it is pulling up in spots. Restaurant and staff were great!

The hotel was great. Unfortunately there was a group of preteen baseball players staying with their families. The boys were rude, loud, and running unsupervised in the halls . Their parents did nothing to stop the behavior, and were also loud in the lobby area. felt bad for the desk attendant who was trying to resolve an issue with another guest on the phone. She did a great job under difficult circumstances. Our room was nice, the bed was great, and we also enjoyed the breakfast. All staff were courteous and attentive. The carpet in the hallway was worn and wrinkled and could be a fall risk for guests.

Carpet thru a few areas of hotel was coming off floor and bunched up, major tripping hazard on floor 3. Service forgot to clean out fridge and a bunch of food from dominoes was still in there we had to take by trash to fit our stuff. That bag of pizza was still next to trash the next morning and we put it there 3:15pm. The pool area had paint peeling off the walls and ceiling and garbage was in pool and scattered around pool area. This property needs a lot of TLC, lots of it simple things to do and it would be great! But just being left for guests to have to deal with and look at.

The hotel exterior is in very poor condition, both poor style and level of maintenance. Inside the hallway carpeting on the 3rd floor was in terrible condition being loose in two long areas. There are countless dings on the walls where the luggage carts have been scraped along the walls. The office chair in the room had been abused and had a lean to onside. Given the price compared to several other nice (but generally a few bucks cheaper) that are in much better condition, I was extremely disappointed with the stay.
