Welcome to Summit Splendor, a splendid place to stay while in Madison, SD! Located between Lake Herman and Lake Madison, this newly remodeled 3+-bedroom, 2 ½ -bathroom house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, less than 5 minutes from downtown and just a few blocks from Dakota State University. It’s ideal for families, groups, or anyone seeking a comfortable stay with modern conveniences.

The main floor features a spacious kitchen with stone countertops and black stainless appliances along with a dining area, living room with smart TV, and an enclosed porch seating area where you can take in the beautiful sunrises.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor where guests can enjoy a restful night on luxurious queen-sized beds. The main floor also includes a full bath with a tub and shower, perfect for unwinding at the end of a busy day.

The lower level is set up as a suite complete with a kitchenette, laundry facilities, TV area, spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and sitting area, plus a bathroom with a large shower.

Enjoy the deck with comfortable seating perfect for outdoor relaxation and evening gatherings. The quiet backyard offers a private retreat for outdoor grilling or family time.
