Great location near transport links short walk to attractions like Prado museum, san Miguel market and the Santiago Bernabéu. Good choice of restaurants near. Good views over the city from the roof terrace Friendly staff very welcoming.

Hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing and train station. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast for the price is amazing we filled our bellies an didnt need to eat until dinner.

Terrible Service for People of Color
The service at the hotel was extremely poor. I was often times just starred at and ignored during my entire stay. They only treated a certain demographic with respect and care. When i complained to the staff how rude they were all they did was give me a free beverage for my inconvenience. The only nice person was the bartender from Venezuela.
