Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Negative:
1. The unit was tiny! It looked nothing like what was shown on the website.
2. The neighbours were extremely noisy. It was almost impossible to relax — even late at night. The weekend was terrible, full of shouting and loud music, although weekdays were a bit quieter.
3. The fridge doesn’t have a separate freezer compartment, so if you lower the temperature, everything ends up frozen.
Positive:
1. The main transit stations (metro, bus, etc.) were within walking distance. Grocery stores like Mercadona and Dia were very close by, which was convenient.
2. The communication was also good. They send you an app (web app) to open the entrance and the room door. No need to pick up/drop off keys.
My recommendation:
The neighbourhood’s accessibility to transit is excellent. However, I strongly recommend finding a different suite for your stay — this one just isn’t worth it.
