Bathroom door had to scrap to shut and there was no ventilation in bathroom. Had to keep door open or it would quickly steam up. Older staff at bar area extremely rude. Staff at front desk polite.

It is a bit far out of Madrid city centre, however hotel will all a can for you, amazing service, continental breakfast everyday, cleaning everyday, have all the facilities you need and more. Cute little area near loads of locals, and very relaxing, I would rate this hotel an easy 4*. Only downer is the room is slightly small, but I have only tried this hotel once, it’s got Air Con and safe to say a very lovely hotel with lovely staff!!

Simple and perfect for our need...
We stayed here for 1 night after our 10 hour flight. It was a simple yet perfect hotel for our need. Dinner was good, and breakfast was included. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend after a long flight when heading to other destinations as part of your trip.

3 star hotel, you get what you pay
Outside Madrid zone. Difficult to find. Restaurant open at morning, then closed, then open again from 8-10pm, nearest supermarket 1km, noisy rooms. But very friendly staff, and great bed.
