Absolute Great Location
This property was just as advertised. When we checked in their was a Heima rep. there waiting for an insurance man so I had him show me a few things and when we opened the fridge the smell was so terrible as if rotten something had been in there. It looked perfectly clean but he called right away and I suggested Baking soda as it absorbs odours so he bought some Monday after 3 pm. That did not work so I sent a message on Tues and someone came after 5 pm with 2 green things for the fridge. Wednesday at 4.50 pm I sent another message saying the fridge was still smelling and I was told by Heima that I am out till Friday at 10 am call Miguel which I did and no one called back. I was thinking I needed more green things. You could not put lettuce or anything that would absorb that smell so basically the fridge had eggs and I had double wrapped cheese for breakfast and that was it. No other meal could I cook there . Finally Friday morning the smell had dissipated and I let them know at 10.30 as she came to work at 10 but I heard nothing from them and still have not. I feel Heima did try and just gave up on us as we were there for Mon. to Friday only. The apt itself was great, clean and very well placed to go easily to all the attractions. No complaints there. Madrid is a lovely city.
