My stay at a Novotel was great. I have no issues or complaints to be honest. Clean room, good central location for me. Was able to walk to some places or it was a short taxi/uber ride. Nice bar and lounge to socialize and mingle.

El lobby es muy bonito y moderno. Segunda vez que me hospedo (la primera vez fue en agosto-2022) El check-in y out fue rápido y muy amables, sin embargo, se nota que ha decaído la limpieza y mantenimiento en especial de los ascensores y habitaciones. La cama inestable, como un catre con ruedas de mala calidad, colchón malo, almohadas viejas y nada cómodas. Se nota el desgaste de sábanas y toallas. El wifi inestable en la habitación pero MUY inestable (casi como si no existiera ), si tienes que trabajar o hacer alguna transacción nada seguro porque iba y venía a cada minuto. Por otro lado, buena ubicación y personal amable

The common areas, bar and dining area were nice with pleasant staff and good options. And the availability of taxis for transportation to the airport etc was great. However I found it overpriced as the rooms and hallways were not very clean and quite rundown as well as being small rooms.
