Hotel is well located near restaurants and shopping. Small rooms with small bathrooms with little privacy. A glass separates beds from bathroom making it uncomfortable to go to the bathroom at night. Dark rooms because of dark painting on wslls and ceiling

Great hotel, bad service experience
This is a really nicely appointed hotel and a good value. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, strong AC. Major complaint however was the check-in, where our rez didn’t immediately come up in the receptionist (Mada)’s system, and she was annoyed and rude about it. That attitude aside, she basically would have had us leave except we insisted on digging in and it was eventually determined we needed to key in the Expedia confirmation # (not Hotels.com) for her to find it. I suspect some people who don’t speak Spanish might actually have been turned away and had to find alternative accommodation and seek a refund. This was figured out by us, not the receptionist. I feel everyone (hotels and customers) need to understand that while Hotels.com is a consumer brand, on the backend it is Expedia and that is what they need to look for.

The lobby looks decent but the floor hallways are hideous. The walls are peeling and carpets ripped. The bathroom fixtures were leaking.
