Good location, good airport transfer

Good location for the airport, good airport transfer (5 EUR per person including 1 item of luggage, 5 EUR for each additional item of luggage). Weighing machine at entrance was 7 EUR. Swimming pool was too cold for us.

I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning in my room was not cooling properly. This made for a very uncomfortable and warm stay given the heat in Madrid in this months. I recommend checking the A/C units to ensure they are functioning correctly.

It was perfect for one night before going back home (very close to the airport). We had late dinner there and it was pretty good, same with buffet breakfast, much better than expected. I found the room a bit outdated, maybe I expected more for the price paid but beds were very comfortable.

4 stars that you will have a hard time finding anywhere in the hotel. Their customer service likes to play hot potato with your questions as well. Yes, it's conveniently close to the airport. However, what you get in location you will pay for in restful sleep or lack thereof. The bedsheets are made of sandpaper, and the single pillow you will be provided was made circa 1972. There are cheaper hostel options in the vicinity for half the price that don't pretend to be a 4 star hotel. I strongly advice travelers to consider those over this.

Great hotel and the shuttle to/from the airport is so nice. You will definitely need to uber to center city madrid, its about a 28 min drive. But for us we didnt mind, we had a 6am departure flight and being close to the airport was our priority
