It was perfect for one night before going back home (very close to the airport). We had late dinner there and it was pretty good, same with buffet breakfast, much better than expected. I found the room a bit outdated, maybe I expected more for the price paid but beds were very comfortable.

4 stars that you will have a hard time finding anywhere in the hotel. Their customer service likes to play hot potato with your questions as well. Yes, it's conveniently close to the airport. However, what you get in location you will pay for in restful sleep or lack thereof. The bedsheets are made of sandpaper, and the single pillow you will be provided was made circa 1972. There are cheaper hostel options in the vicinity for half the price that don't pretend to be a 4 star hotel. I strongly advice travelers to consider those over this.

Great hotel and the shuttle to/from the airport is so nice. You will definitely need to uber to center city madrid, its about a 28 min drive. But for us we didnt mind, we had a 6am departure flight and being close to the airport was our priority

In generall the hotel was as I expected, no major complains. I booked three room for one night for my family, and the main problem was that the AC did not worked in two of the rooms, and work poorly in my room. Taking into consideration that it was a very hot summer, this was very disapointing. I told the clerks, the dayt after, that we had this problem. I expected some kind of discount or something else, that was not offered to me.

Hotel offer a very limit number of parking slots and there are not a warning in Expedia website and there is not option to include parking slot at the time of booking. Result I spent almost two hours trying to find a place to park the car in the street.

It's a practical hotel, near the airport. It shows its age. And unfortunately, the pool (beautiful to look at) didn't open till 11 am - too late for me to catch my flight. Pool hours should be posted when you make a booking. The shuttle costs 5 Euros if you didn't book your stay with them directly - something they don't share. But it's still a convenient amenity.
