The room had a microwave, forks, knives and saucers but no kettle or the tea assortment that is standard with most places. It had a light layer of dust in some places and smelt of cigarettes. The king sized bed's mattress was uncomfortable as it was two halves zipped together leaving a noticeable gap. The two boxes that made up the bed didn't always stay together and the A/C was struggling to regulate the room's temperature. Be aware that it's in the B2 area if you plan on travelling from here to the city centre.

Good enough. I have a personal problem with Spanish hotels in that none have kettles in the rooms with coffee and tea, but the hotel was ok, service ok and overall it was ok - no complaints.

This was a horrible experience staying two nights at Zaleep Hotel. Their hot water always ran out in the morning and their response to that was that they simply can’t help. No safe box on the room and actually they don’t provide any toothbrush, toothpaste or any other toiletries. I would not recommend staying here if you are trying to explore Madrid as the center of Madrid is extremely far away and no means of access to public transport either. You have to use an Uber. Overall I give this hotel a 1 out of 5. Wish I could have given it 0.

Cant adjust temperature in the room. Was freezing. Door to bathroom would not open from inside. If you by yourself and closed door good luck getting out. Restaurant menus is very limited. Breakfast is very basic. No hot options. Everything is cold.
