Manager contacted me through LINE app. Messaged them to pick us up from the airport. Very comfortable place with AC. The manager offered us a chance to use beach umbrellas, small surf board things, life jacks and other small beach items. Very very close to the beach. Balcony door knob was very rusty so we avoided the balcony which was overlooking buildings anyway so wasnt needed. Next morning manager had a time we could meet them to go to the airport. Was kind enough to buy us a small breakfast seaweed wrap (korean style) and soy milk to eat on the way. Thanks for a great stay!

Above and beyond
We had an excellent vacation thanks to the stay at Mahalo B&B. The staff is amiable and super helpful. The location is so close to the beach with an amazing view. Can't wait to come back again

毫無懸念100分的服務
因為電視不能看的關係免費幫我們從普通雙人房升級到海景四人房、還協助訂到了花火船兩個位子，真的是太感謝了~毫無懸念的給了滿分的服務，下次來澎湖還會再選擇山水衝浪民宿

訂房跟實際入住的房間不同
入住時才說訂房的照片是誤植的。照片裡的是訂的是3F, 兩面大落地窗採光，海灘景的房間，結果後來說電腦”自動分配到2F, 只有一面大落地窗, “被樹擋到海灘景”的房間。不喜歡這種被欺騙的感覺，難怪國內旅遊總是受人詬病就是這樣。 後來，又發現電視不能看。這才被換到2館的雙人房。早上提供的早餐還算不錯，每天不同，老闆娘自己煎的，離海灘又近。但我還是不喜歡被欺騙，有種...被偷換房間給其他人的感覺

老闆可以接、送、供衝浪板、沙灘用具、早餐，靠她就好了！緊急出發、臨時起意，就是要這種服務！
