Amazing hotel, superb view. The room is beautiful. But for an all inclusive, they put just 2 cans of beer in the mini bar, and they don't fill it the next morning. If you want to spend time in this beautiful room, you need to bring your own drinks, especially considering the bar is far from the room. The food is excellent, drinks at the bar are really good. Overall, really liked it. Excellent hotel.

Preskil is really good value for money. The rooms are great and clean. The food options keep changing. There are many activities and you cannot be bored.

Buyer be ware...Beautiful property very much quality design and quality material with STUNNING views However Some of the absolute worse service I've experienced. Nothing was available in terms of food/drink on an "all inclusive" plan... had to call literally 3-4 times to get even basics like drinking water to the room The staff across the border were indefirent at best... and on occasion outright rude As well, the food quality was HORRIBLE. We actually just skipped lunch day 2 all together - it was that bad Over all a disappointment. Had we paid full price, we got a very big discount on a last minute booking, I would be demanding a refund I guess it just depends on what you want from your stay.

I have rated this property 2 stars purely due to the service levels of the staff. They are friendly but did not seem to have energy to give service the resort should have. Bar service was slow and no service at pool. Food options were repeated for vegetarian and there was not any flexibility if you wanted something to cater to vegetarians. It a shame as the staff who were attentive were over shadowed by the ones who lacked the enthusiasm! Could be 4/5 stars if this was better.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room, resort restaurants and staff were all excellent. However we have some comments where improvements could be made: - limited range of reasonably priced wines in the resort restaurants. - information on activities and attractions in the area provided was very limited. We were left to do our own online research which leads to concern over scams and unreliable providers. The resort should provide more information and advice here. - the resort watersports facilities were limited (for example, only one very small windsurf sail was there, and only 1 out of 3 sailing craft was available (other 2 on the beach but we were told they were under repair - no sign of this being done). - limited advice on local restaurants within walking distance (and no footpaths to access local areas).

The hotel has a lovely beach and a great set up. The buffet food was nice with some good options. The hotel offered some free activities like paddle boarding or snorkelling which was a lot of fun. The staff were not so helpful when asking questions or booking taxis etc but they were nice enough. Staff were a bit slow to acknowledge you when trying to get a drink when no one was around.

Great service and view-disappointing food
Nice hotel with an amazing view on the ocean and islands. Beach is Ok, but has lots of corals. Pool is nice. Service was very good. However, food was very disappointed! Had to wait for clean plates at the buffet…some items were missing with 1 hour left in the buffet time (breakfast and dinner)…some dishes lack taste others were bland! Crepes was so disappointing…waffles the same. Just really sad that the food was not good.

We had an amazing stay at Preskil and we had a lovely sea view where we could also see the pool. The bathroom was amazing with double sinks, powerful shower and a lot of space. The bed was massive and very comfy. The room was spacious and I loved the decor and aesthetics. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed the water skiing that was included. We also received a beach bag on arrival which was a lovely touch.

Horrible customer service Keycard didn’t work several times throughout the day & it was never fixed as promised. Food at the Breakfast buffet was cold - baked beans, sausages Simple club sandwich took 45 mins. Requested for a scale to weigh suitcase but it only arrived as I was leaving the hotel which was 3 hours after my request. Requested for someone to assist me with my suitcase at the time of check out but no one turned up.

Customer service was beyond poor. The key to the room did not work, went to reception 3 times to sort out the issue but they could not help, I had to leave the sliding unlocked to get out of the room. I was told to call “0” for room service but tried for 10 mins and not answer, I had to walk over to order my food Breakfast buffet had iced cold bake beans & sausages Requested a scale at 1.30pm to weigh my suitcases but someone came around at 4pm as I was checking out. Requested for someone to take my suitcases to reception before checking out but no one turned up and I had to drag the suitcases Myself as the taxi was waiting. Great resort but the worse customer service
