This newly built independent fully equipped villa, featuring private swimming pool with built in hydromassage is offering modern design, merging concrete structural elements with stones. It possesses high quality equipment and comfortable furniture for up to six people each.

With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, this contemporary villa will provide you with air conditioning in all areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace and flat-screen satellite TV. The sofas in the living room that transform into beds could comfortably accommodate 2 extra adults or children if needed. Each room comes with a TV and a private bathroom featuring a hairdryer, towels and free toiletries. An oven with hob, a toaster, a microwave, a refrigerator and a washing machine are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Free WiFi is available throughout.

Guests may relax in the sun terrace with sun loungers by the pool. A shaded area provides BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture, while a garden with plants is available.

Luxury Villa!
5+ stars in every respect. Luljeta was very helpful, and the home is even better than the pictures. About a 1 minute drive to a very popular (with the locals) beach and several very nice (authentic and not fancy) traditional Greek tavernas. But the star is the amazing home, with its pool, views, kitchen (which we barely used), and patio. Also easy access to Heraklion (about 10 minute drive) and many other places via the nearby national highway.

Amazing duplex property! The family owners take immaculate care of the property and their guests. The location offers an amazing view and peaceful surroundings while still providing close proximity to major roadways making it easy to get out an explore. We enjoyed our privacy and relaxed poolside but this would also be a great location to enjoy with a larger group by renting both units affording you a rare opportunity for togetherness AND the ability to have your own space. We would absolutely stay her again and highly recommend Castro Villas. We had the good fortune to meet Luljeta and two of her sons and they couldn’t have been and kinder and more accommodating. We had the best time!!
