Mama Giorgia's Villa

If you’re looking for a place to escape from the hectic rhythms of everyday life, look no further.
The villa is located on a quiet hill only a 15 minute drive from Heraklion.
That means that you can relax and enjoy the serenity of the place but also explore Heraklion with its many restaurant, bars and museums if you wish to do so.
Furthermore there are a lot of beautiful beaches only a short drive away, where you can enjoy your swim or visit the restaurants and bars found there.

The space

The villa is surrounded by a garden with various flowers which bloom all throughout the year.

There is an outdoor space where you can organise a BBQ, do yoga or keep fit using the treadmill or just enjoy the peace and serenity of the place, while marvelling at unforgettable sunsets.

While entering you’ll notice a large space where you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area and the living room.
Moving on, you’ll find a walk-in closet, the main bathroom and the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and the first bedroom has its own bathroom.
Outside the villa there is a patio with a dining table and sofas where you can sit back and enjoy your dinner or a drink while looking at the wonderful sunset.

Guest access

You can have access to the garden in order to relax or workout and the open BBQ area if you wish to cook on the grill or in the wooden oven.

Interaction with guests

Georgia, the hostess, will introduce you to the Cretan hospitality.
She would be more than happy to organise a Cretan cooking lesson or introduce you to the Cretan herbs and their properties.
She can also advise you about sight seeing activities, museums etc.

Other things to note

There are three very friendly dogs on the premises, a Labrador Retriever a Cocker Spaniel and a mixed breed.
