Summary:
A mountain getaway for the family can be found in Mammoth Lakes at Aspen Creek #113.

The Space:
The condo is within walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express chairlift. A 5-minute car drive will take you to restaurants, shopping, or the Snowcreek Golf Course.

Gather around the wood burning fireplace with some cocoa on a chilly night. There is a flat screen TV and wifi available. The sofa in the living room functions as a sofa sleeper for bedding for 2 guests. When you need to catch a breath of fresh air, head through the sliding glass doors to access your atrium balcony. A mudroom is located near the front of the home, perfect for storing skis/snowboards and all your winter gear.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals. There is a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, toaster and more for early coffees, warm dinners and more. A built-in breakfast bar has seats for 2 and the dining table has seats for 6.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed. There is an attached private bathroom with a large sink area and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is great for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds. This room also has an attached private bathroom with a sink area and shower/tub combo. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms.

Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round. Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub will not be available due to COVID.

Things to Note:
During the winter months, the Homeowners Association (HOA) implements safety measures by boarding up the windows.

Great stay and location for our family. Nice layout of condo. It is a little dated in furniture, couch sinks down when you sit on it. Otherwise a great place and we would like to come back.

Nice place close to Eagle lodge lifts
This place was perfect for our group! My husband and I and 2 friends stayed here and loved the convenience of walking to the lifts everyday. We also loved the public hot tub and sauna.
