The Property was under remodeling construction inside and outside. dirty ceilings, carpet, water dripping through lobby ceiling, faucets that were difficult to turn on and off- and a broken shower diverter. TV guide provided did not match anything on the tuner, water damage to ceiling in room 404 with bulges in drywall and exposed tape joints. we were there for sleeping 4 nights - so we made it work, but breakfast was very limited with no fruit offered. I think that the staff has little to work with. The pool door opens into the lobby and pool smell permeated the lobby. linens were clean but very tired. lamps had pull chains and not outlet on them and the other outlets were so worn out that the pulls on our cords were difficult to get good connection. I have not seen such outdated locks on the doors in 20 years. Key located in very worn out round lockset. The exterior is currently wrapped in Construction Tyvek and there is not even a temporary sign with a Shilo name on it. I have not stayed at a Shilo Inn for a while, but I would be very hesitant to every use one again. Last thing is that the elevator probably took 20 - 30 seconds to open after stopping at the 4th floor. We walked both down and up several time to avoid the wait time.
