It has 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, three bathrooms, two en suite, outside shower, kitchen, living and dining area, with a total capacity for 8 people, two sofa beds.
The house has large terraces where breakfast under the trees or enjoy sunbathing by the pool of 28m2, plus great evenings on the barbecue and dine outdoors with friends and family. There is a large lawn.
It is located in an area of pine grove 200 m from the road between Manacor and Calas de Mallorca, just 2.9 km. from the CENTER RAFA NADAL in Manacor and 6 Km. from virgin beaches such as Cala Varques, Cala Virgili and 15 minutes by car from Porto Cristo or Romantic beach.
