You can be at one of the most beautiful beaches and bays of Mallorca in only a few minutes level walk.
Our Casita features a deck overlooking the palm trees and greenery of the valley leading to the bay, a shaded deck behind the house with a built-in grill, as well as a large, sunny roof terrasse. Inside a fully equipped kitchen invites the family around a large kitchen table, a sitting area for relaxation, TV watching or playing games, a master bedroog with a king-size bed and a 2nd bedroom with two beds.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
Fast Wifi connected to a glass fiber feed.
The bay borders directly on a nature preserve offering hours of hikes to hidden bays and beaches, only accessible by foot.
There are several restaurants nearby (some seasonal), even right by the beach.

Clean, Well Equipped Casita
We stayed with our 2 young children and the house was perfectly sized and equipped for our family. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the walking path along the ocean to the other side of the beach. We had difficulty finding the Casita as we arrived late at night but the owner was thankfully very responsive and helped us navigate, even though I had to message them very late. Be sure to thoroughly read the instructions manual before driving over as it carefully details how to navigate there. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Casa Marina - Cala Romantica
Wir waren jetzt das achte Mal an der Cala Romantica und das zweite Mal im Casa Marina. Auch dieses Mal haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Casa Marina hat ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Der Vermieter Antoni (und Familie) sind sehr angenehme Menschen. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort ernst genommen (zB. 2016 kaum Internet- dieses Jahr wahr da schon alles Perfekt !!!!!!!!!!). Unter dem Strich als Fazit : Solange Senor Antoni und Familie uns als Gäste willkommen heißen, werden wir immer wiederkommen!! Nochmals herzlichen Dank aus Berlin nach Mallorca an Familie Canaves. Excellent apartment in a small town
My husband and I went to Mallorca in mid-October, near the end of the season, and this apartment was perfect. The apartment is in a small town, even this late in the season it seemed to be a much quieter town then some of the other larger resort areas. This was a huge plus for us! It is super close to the beach, which we were able to swim in even in October. There are a handful of restaurants you can easily walk to and you can drive or take a little bus to a neighboring town for a larger selection. It is maybe a 10 minute drive. Antoni was great, he was very responsive to emails, welcoming once we were in town, and able to help us with some tips on stuff to do (definitely spend some time trekking on the cliffs above the beach and if you are there in the summer see about exploring some of the non-tourist caves). His English was excellent, which was great as my Spanish is very basic. Payment was easy and he even took the security deposit in my home currency. The only negative would be the wifi was not reliable, perhaps because of the geography. For most on vacation this might not be an issue and a welcome reason to disconnect. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise and sunshine. Definitely wander down to the beach for sunrise, it was spectacular.

Die Casita war gut zu finden, auch dank der detaillierten Beschreibung des Gastgebers. Man hat vom Dach bzw. der Terrasse aus einen wunderbaren Blick ins Grüne und der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolle Lage, klasse Wohnung, netter Gastgeber
Die Casita Romantica ist eine schönes Ferienhaus an einer wunderschönen Bucht, die zum Baden und Verweilen einlädt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen, aber war zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und äußerst schnell. Auch das Interesse an einem Reisebericht über unsere Anreisemethode mit dem eigenem Auto und der Fähre von Toulon nach Alcudia war groß, weshalb wir nun kurz darauf eingehen möchten. Die Fährverbindung war absolut pünktlich und sehr zuverlässig. Für uns (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) war es die preisgünstigste Variante und bereicherte unseren Urlaub um ein weiteres kleines Abenteuer (Übernachtung auf der Fähre). Wenn ausreichend Zeit für die An- und Abreise vorhanden ist, können wir diese Methode mehr als empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, fast wie das eigene zu Hause, mit einer Top Lage. Mir und meiner Familie hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war wirklich gut. Der Vermieter ist im Falle eines Problems super hilfsbereit. Ich kann nur sagen jederzeit wieder.

Entspannung in der Casa und Cala Romantica...
... das konnten wir alle, am Meer welches nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist und eine wirklich schöne, wenn auch in der Hauptsaison volle Bucht ist. In der Wohnung dank Klimatisierung waren die Temperaturen von 37 C kein Thema, außerdem ist sie wirklich gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, grossem Kühlschrank, schnelles Internet und die Relax Couch und Chairs um die Highlights zu erwähnen. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ und gibt sich grosse Mühe kleinere Problem zu lösen. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und habe die Zeit genossen. Die Unterkunft muss in jedem Falle täglich gründlich gelüftet werden da es durch die Klimaanlagevzu Kondenswasserbildung kommt.

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in der Unterkunft und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Lage ist nah zum Strand und trotz Straße ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich sehr sauber gewesen und auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer selbst sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut. Ggf. könnnte man auch mal die Handtücher/Bettwäsche auswechseln, aber es war alles gepflegt.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht dem, was im Internet gezeigt wird und war top gereinigt. Sie ist individuell liebevoll eingerichtet, nichts von der Stange. Ob extra Decke für einen kühleren Aprilabend oder Küchenutensilien - es ist alles da. Es gab am Anfang einen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, weil die Eingangstür klemmte - das war freundlich und am Ende ging die Tür auch auf. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön - der Strand sowie das Naturschutzgebiet. Man kann von der Wohnung aus viel unternehmen, Strand, wandern, einkaufen, Essen gehen in der näheren Umgebung, trotzdem ist es eher ruhig - kein Partyrummel - und gleichzeitig eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, so dass weiter entfernte Orte gut erreichbar sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und erholt.

Ferienwohnung in super Strandlage
Fazit: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten von einer wunderbaren Bucht mit Sandstrand, Mietliegen sowie -sonnenschirmen und Standbar entfernt. Selbstverständlich kann man auch mit seinen Strandhandtücher, Sonnenschirmen und Kühltasche (in Haus vorhanden) zum Stand gehen, Platz ist im September genug. Zudem sind andere Badebuchten in Spaziergang-Nähe (2 - 3 km) gelegen. Die Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln, Sonnenliege sowie Sonnensegel und Vorhängen, so dass wir auch oft z.B. zum Essen zwischen Strand und Terrasse gewechselt haben. Erfrischung bot dann die Außendusche. In der Wohnung ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist tlw. neuwertig (Kühlschrank) bis in gutem gebrauchten Zustand (Kochgeschirr). Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell auf Anfragen und kümmert sich. Die Zimmer sind alle mit einer Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Erst dachten wir, wir brauchen sie nicht, waren dann aber doch recht dankbar dafür. Die Schlafräume sind hinten gelegen, und dadurch etwas schattig. Das hat alles seine Vor- und Nachteile. Man benötigt Licht beiTage, dafür sind sie kühler in der Nacht. Das Haus liegt an der Straße zum Strand und wir haben uns jeden Tag gefreut, nicht wie die anderen einen Parkplatz suchen zu müssen. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants. Zum Einkaufen sind wir jedoch nach Porto Christo gefahren, da die Supermärkte dort preiswerter sind.

Wir haben uns in der Casita sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, eine Heizung für kühlere Tage war auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand sehr nah und man kann die Küstenwanderung zur Cala Varques direkt vom Haus aus starten. Auf dem Balkon kann man herrlich sitzen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
