Megasaray resort side is definitely not a 5* hotel as soon as you walk in everything looks perfect until you actually get to your room and see the facilites 90 percent of the reception staff can not speak even basic english and i found some of the reception staff very rude i asked for an iron sent to my room they said no i have to pay for cleaning service the rooms smelt of cigarettes after i stated i need a none smoking room due to my sons asthma then there was a problem with the balcony door not locking which we didnt feel safe so we asked can it be fixed they sent someone up who then confirmed he could not fix it we then asked to be moved which they said to us impossible because they have no rooms available i know this is a lie because hotels always keep spare rooms for emergencys it took 2 days in to finally get moved the spa area had a horrendous smell like sewege water so i did not use spa i normally stay in rixos tekirova now that hotel is a 5* never had an issue at rixos tekirova and i will never stay at Megasaray resort side again also expedia need to state it is not a 5* hotel because they are charging people as if it is and it is nothing like a 5* there has been many more issues with this hotel it really does need a revamp to be called a 5 star hotel

Overall, great stay In Megasaray, which satisfied our expectations and needs. Staff are super helpful and nice. Special thanks to cooks and waiters. Great workers , super friendly and helpful! I always tipped them (which I’d encourage all guests to do), and we always got best service. Food was great. The proximity to the beach was great. Pools (there are 2!) and slides were very liked by my kids. The only thing that I wasn’t too crazy about was the nightly discos and Entertainment. I do need to say, that we were majorly jet legged, and going to bed at 9-10, and then woken up by 11-12 by the loud music and karaokes singers was far from ideal. The management were trying to offer an alternative room, but we didn’t feel like moving away from the rest of our company. Discos were done by 12, though. Overall, great stay, and we would go back.

Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine dans cet hôtel que nous avons vraiment adoré. Notre enfants de 5 ans s’est vraiment amusé dans les superbes piscines pour enfants et surtout le kids club avec des activités variées et le personnel hyper agréables. Les repas étaient magnifiques, variés et vraiment délicieux sauf peut être pour les desserts que je n’ai pas spécialement apprécié. L’hotel est très propre, le personnel très accueillant. Le seul point négatif serait la taille des chambres que j’ai trouvé petite. Je recommande cet hôtel, et nous pensons revenir l’année prochaine.

Das Hotel Megasaray ist eine absolute Wohlfühloase mit tollem Essen, super Animation und vielen Möglichkeiten zum Erholen und Spaß haben. Das Animationsteam und insbesondere der Animationschef Nevzat heizen die Gäste ordentlich ein. Sie bieten verschiedene Arten von Spielen an, mit Abendprogramm für erwachsene und Disko für Kinder. Man braucht das Hotel gar nicht verlassen, man wird mit jeder Menge guten und hochwertigen Essen und Trinken versorgt und verschieden Unterhaltungsmöglicheiten bishin zu Hamam, Sauna und Massagen. Das Personal „Guest Relations“ stand uns bei jedem Problem und jeder Frage stets zur Seite, sie waren stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein großer Dank geht an Anastasiya, Elif, Göksu und Belboy Mete. Danke dass ihr immer für uns da wart.

Das Zimmer war sauber, der Boden wurde aber währen unserer 11 Tage Aufenthalt nicht einmal gesaugt. Handtuchhalter und Klopapierhalter waren nicht befestigt, weshalb der handtuchhalter abgefallen und auf den Fuß gefallen ist. Darüber hatten wir uns beschwert woraufhin der handtuchhalter dann wieder einfach nur aufgesteckt wurde. Ich habe ihn dann einfach auf dem Boden unterm Waschbecken liegen lassen, da lag er dann auch die restlichen Zeit, hat das Reinigungspersonal wohl nicht interessiert. Der WC Deckel war auch nicht befestigt und lag schon bei der Ankunft schief auf der Toilette. Das Personal ist teilweise Recht gut und aufmerksam, aber die Mehrheit des Personal steht eher teilnahmslos rum. Einen freien, sauberen Tisch zu finden ist glückssache. Getränke sollen eigentlich an den Tisch gebracht werden, wenn man glück hat und das richtige Personal da ist klappt das auch, wenn nicht muss man halt selbst zur Getränke Ausgabe wo sich jeder vor drängelt und man dann erstmal warten darf. Das Essen ist extrem eintönig. Jeden Tag das selbe Buffet bis auf ein oder 2 Ausnahmen. Gewürzt wird eher gar nicht, das meiste schmeckt fade. Es wird auch nicht wirklich nach dem Buffet geschaut, so durfte ich mit ansehen wie jemand tatsächlich die löffel, mit denen man sich essen auf den Teller nimmt, abgeleckt und zurück gestellt hat. Speisen die gekühlt werden sollen, werden nicht gekühlt, hatte 3 Tage Durchfall. Hotel extrem laut, vorwiegend Russen. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Alle waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein Kleinkind und es wurde wie ein Star im Hotel behandelt. Alle haben sich rührend um unser Kind und unser leibliches Wohl gekümmert. Ein super empfehlenswertes Hotel, was vor kurzem komplett erneuert und renoviert wurde. Sehr gutes Essen und toller Service. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gästebetreuung in deutscher Sprache von Frau Seray. Sie hat sich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert und hat jedes Anliegen sofort geklärt. TOP Aufenthalt und Hotel!

Das Hotel ist nicht der neueste wird aber wird gut gehalten und nach und nach renoviert. Die Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet ein Punkt Abzug, weil an die Eingangs Türe, die haben 6cm ca. Spalt das geht garnis. Punkto Sauberkeit gibt’s paar Verbesserungsvorschläge z.B. beim der Zimmer Reinigung sollten darauf geachtet werden auf den täglichen Reinigung, besonders in Badezimmer. Animation mittelmäßig und von die Zeiten her unpassend. All you can eat, fanden wir gut aber das ist bekanbeise Geschmacksache. Wellness Bereiche sind gut, nur die Behandlungen sind teuer und die Damen die dort arbeiten sind sehr aufdringlich und ihre Behandlungen zu verkaufen! Der Weg zu Strand dauert 5 min. Ca Allerdings ist vor der Eingangs bereit mit viel gekramte, keine schönen Anblick. Das ewige Probleme Plätzen Reservierungen auf den Pool und Strand liegen mit Handtuch teilweise denn ganze Tag! Zu
