Basic but comfortable

Receptionist didn't give the best first impression, far more interested in her phone than checking me in, however, had a ground floor room, right near the tea/coffee machine, which I was worried about initially be ause of noise, but barely heard anyone. It's basic, but clean and comfortable, decent shower products, check out was easy. Don't be expecting a 5 star hotel, and I'm glad I had a voucher, so I only paid £60 for the night, but it's in a great area and handy for transport links etc.

Great property for a short stay. Value for money superb. Rated 4/5 as the only negative was the noise. Walls very thin so you heard everything going on in the corridor or surrounding rooms. Can't complain for the price though

Cannot fault properly spoitless staff lovely friendly 😊 but staff very politely told myself and my guest they had complaints that we were being loud....were nearly 60 years old lol 😆 😀 i thought it was funny 😁 my friend decided to leave ....i stayed .could do with a bigger bedside table. Pretty good actually!

For the price we paid for three nights, it wasn't too bad at all. The hotel's in an old industrial warehouse, and they've kept some of the original features, like the old shutters by the lift and the stone floor in reception. Reception has the desk, and then steps to the left lead to a small area with coffee and vending machines. There are four floors with about 20 rooms each, a mix of single, double, and twin. We had a double room on the third floor. Our room had exposed brick, and two windows that didn't open, an outer and inner one for soundproofing. There were some orange accents, like the typical 'Easyjet' style. Ventilation was from a wall-mounted AC unit with easy-to-use controls. As the name suggests, our room had a double bed, which took up most of the space, leaving only a tiny gap at the foot of the bed. It was a bit inconvenient, but I expected that for a budget hotel. There are also no bins in the room The bed itself was comfortable, though a bit thin. I slept fine, personally. We got one pillow each and a thin duvet, but you can ask for more pillows at reception. This hotel follows a similar set of policies to Ryanair. You have a really low entry price and everything costs extra. Things like hairdryers, irons and ironing boards are available for free from reception. Wi-fi is also free and kept up with everything we threw at it. If you're looking for somewhere to have as a 'base' for one or two nights, this is perfect for that. Not bad at all.

Clean, comfortable stay

Rooms are cosy but reasonably priced. Place is clean and the location is central. Check out is 10am which is a bit early but there are options to extend this at tiered prices. Would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight or short stay in Manchester.

Could not fault the staff and the service recieved. 10/10 Slept in and asked for late check out, 10 minutes before which the staff gave. 10/10 The low score comes from the facts below 1. There is no space to go down either side of the bed without pushing your face along the wall and shuffling side ways. 2. The room was freezing. Big draft coming from the window. 3. partition wall to toilet/showerc is glass and completely see through. 4.bathroom glass door has no lock and keeps opening. 5. You can only enter single file and have to move on to the bathroom door way to get 2 people in and close the main door. 6.Room on ground floor also lots of noise from the street, music,people and cars.

It's an easy hotel so basic is what you get, a glass to hold water would be helpful as would a bin bag especially if you are putting rubbish in it but hey as long as your not over 6 feet tall you should fit in the room

Nice budget hotel.

Nice cheap hotel, excellent location in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. Room a little small but fine for one night.
