Great location, great prices, great staff and great rooms. Only 2 complaints are 1) the sofa bed is harder than sleeping on a brick wall 2) if booking a premium room there should be enough items per person. We had 3 ppl but 2 Kit Kats and 2 bags of crisps. With kids this could lead to arguments and only 3 soft drinks.

Ideal place to stay and walk to T2, nice rooms, new, comfy. Restaurants was really busy, service was not great. Forgot my chips then didn’t rectify until I had asked again they came when I finished my meal. Starter came with main meal and had to take the main meal back and re cook.

Do not stay in a sofa bed room
Restaurant service very slow. Over an hour from ordering to main courses arriving. Had to chase them up many times. This is not ideal when travelling with hungry children and when you want to get an early night for an early flight. Then when the food did arrive parts of the main course was missing and a drink never arrived. We booked a family room and we had a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was rock hard and my daughter refused to sleep on it so my wife did, she got no sleep all night due to it being so uncomfortable. We thought it would be a more relaxing start to our holiday with an early flight staying here but in all honesty we’d have been better off driving to the airport in the morning the lack of sleep we got here.
