Wonderful All Round!
Clean, modern and very comfortable hotel! Staff were really helpful and polite and the whole stay was wonderful. Stayed for one night, as we had a gig at the O2 Apollo which was about a 20 minute walk away. Buffet breakfast in the morning was lovely and gluten-free options for those who need them. Would definitely stay here again!

We were given an accessible room which smelt damp and not pleasant, using the sink was a nightmare, the sink tap was broken. Luckily we were only there for a night. Bed was comfortable though.

Comfortable but with a fire alarm awakening
Used the self check in kiosks which were very easy. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Loved the amount of lighting. The fire alarm went off around 7:30am and we all had to evacuate. There didn’t seem to be any staff members around or anyone giving any updates on announcements on what happened. We all seemed to just go back inside when the alarm stopped with no explanation as to what happened.

Property is fairly new and updated and was close to tram and train stations. Also many restaurants and Ethiad Football Stadium close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back on future trips.

Room very small, just enough room to walk around the bed. Limited space for clothes, only hanging no drawers. Room safe hidden away at floor level under shelves. No fridge. Only noisy a/c, no windows for air. Woken every morning very early with noise from water system when other guests showering. The good points however are that the bed and pillows were good and the bedding and towels were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very busy with guests as the reception was always full with guests checking in and out. I don’t think I would return to this particular hotel or location.

Standard room was clean modern and spacious. Nice bathroom with free fall shower. Fridge with complimentary water. Bed and pillows hard. Sleep disturbing noise in room in early hours of the morning. Room 1020. Received call day before saying there had been a glitch in the booking system and they were going to move us to a different hotel! after pleading with them not to they honoured the reservation. Hotel was fully booked due to a concert and it seems they were trying to lighten the load. They were still selling rooms online though?
