On arrival I didn't find the receptionist particularly helpful in explaining things on check in, particularly where I was experiencing problems with my payment card. The room was very small and pretty average considering the significant price charged for a nights stay (which didn't include breakfast either) An average premier inn room is larger and probably better in reality.

Room was nice. Really let down with the breakfast, paid £30 and it was a continental breakfast, which wasn’t noted when booking, we wouldn’t have paid that much money for a continental breakfast. Not value for money at all.
