Staff are friendly and very helpful. One staff used his mobile phone to help us to contact our local friend. The hotel manager personally came to talk to us to get feedback from us. It is conveniently located near eating place.
The best thing about the hotel is the service. Great modern and comfortable room. Connecting fo their wifi takes patience. Disgusting smell of the drains that wont go away after showering in the bathroom
The hotel was clean and modern and has everything you would expect for a premium hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
My room was a little small but had everything I needed. My only complaint would be is that the Wi-fi was extremely slow.
Highly recommended. The hotel is brand new, nice & clean with all necessary amenities. Staff is very nice; prompt to help and very responsive when making email enquiries. One thing to improve is food - breakfast offer has decent variety but could improve the taste.
Hard to think of anything wrong with this hotel. Very comfortable rooms, well-organized if a little on the small side. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Wifi works well.
Greeting and checkin were warm, professional and quick.
Our room was well air-conditioned, clean and smartly designed.
Breakfast was simple, and the coffee lacked a little pizzazz (4 cups and I got no lift,) but the staff quite literally could not have been lovelier.
Shower was great.
2 complaints:mattress was really hard - and I like a firm mattress - and there was a power failure at the hotel which seemed to only impact our room. We didn't get power until we exited the room and noticed that there was power elsewhere in the building.
Fantastic room. Comfortable and clean. Room service wasn't great but the breakfast made up for it. Only problem is that there are floor lights in the room, one on each side of the bed, that are impossible to turn off. They stay on all night. It doesn't make it difficult to sleep but it's still odd. Other than that, great hotel.
One of the best hotels so far. Great shower and good size room with breakfast included. Ate there every night as well as there are no other restaurants in the vicinity and the ones that were had very high prices compared to the hotel which is usually never the case. The food was good however the staff taking care of the breakfast needs to ensure that the food is kept hot and that there is a good selection through till 10am. This is where they fell slightly short of a perfect ranking. The small bottles of body wash and shampoo were also not replaced and it would be nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper handy instead of always asking for it. Staff here was 100% fantastic. Congrats to the young lady at the desk who is expecting her first child who was very professional and personable as were all of the staff and thanks to Mimi for ensuring I could have ice 24 hours a day. Transport is more expensive than in Yangon however while walking around we found a lovely gentleman with a small truck and we got a 4 hour tour for 30000 which took us to Mandalay Hill, the largest book temple and out to the famous pier which was 45 minutes away. Seek and you shall always find a deal. City Cafe by the Palace entrance is also a good place to go (good soup).
This hotel is very clean and well presented which seems unusual in shabby central Mandalay. It does need to sort out a few organisational issues, mainly in helping tourists with onward transport. There were a few other issues, lack of coffee, random fire alarms and laundry confusion which were all quickly resolved.
Good for the money. The hotel should be on the radar, I don't think that it is, since there wern;t a lot of guests. It is a new, pretty decent and clean hotel that I would recommend to anyone staying for few nights.
The room is spacious, well planned, with a good bed. Bathroom also good. BUT !!! The hotel has a very serious sewage problem. Continuous disgusting sewage smell in the room.
