Villa Chianca, in Manduria, is an extra-luxury villa with pool and view on the sea, enclosed in Mediterranean scrub.
The villa, located in a strategic position, is only 2 kilometers far from the sea and 10 minutes’ drive from the beaches of Punta Prosciutto, Torre Colimena, Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo and the mouth of river Chidro, a natural reserve.

Villa Chianca is a bijou of rural contemporary architecture. Every detail, carefully designed, is inspired to luxury, elegance and comfort.
 
A cascade pool “on the sea”
The overall area of 16.000 square meters surrounds a two-level cascade pool (17m x 4.5m) which looks as if it’s flowing in the sea. The outdoor canopies create shaded areas, where you can fully enjoy the surrounding view. The roof is equipped with a relaxation area with stone seats and outdoor shower.
 
The living room that overlooks the pool
The rooms, which are bright and spacious, are characterized by the sliding glass walls
with view on the pool, with innovative proportions that allow a flowing
exchange with nature. Every space of the house lets you feel the fusion
between architecture and landscape. 
You immediately enter the open space living area
which consists of an equipped one kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Two of the four master bedrooms are on the mezzanine floor and share a
modern bathroom with shower and double sink.
Through another staircase you arrive at the lower floor, that consists of two master bedrooms, with private bathroom.
Every room is characterized by the high-quality materials and the high-level design decorations.

PS. The additional bed with (single pouf), is suitable for a 7-16 year old guest and is located in the large bedroom.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to September, off season pool's use has an extra cost of euro 500.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Just small size pets are allowed.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
