FOMO, wanderlust, itchy feet. Whatever you want to call it, there's only one way to solve it — head to Manguil-tong. No matter what sort of adventures you're looking for, this Seoul 'hood has loads going for it. The capital of South Korea is home to some 10,300,000 people. Don't be afraid to get out and introduce yourself to a few of them! Manguil-tong is 12 kilometres east of central Seoul. If you're arriving via Gimpo International Airport, hurl your suitcase in the back of a taxi and drive 25 kilometres east.

Manguil-tong is heaven on earth for sightseers. A good deal of the city's top attractions are dotted near this interesting neighbourhood, including Dongdaemun Market and the Korea University. Don't forget to put Seoul Forest and the Dongdaemun Gate on your itinerary too. A good way to soak up this city is to roam around some of its neighbourhoods. So why not swing by nearby Sinnaeil-tong and Jungnang-gu and explore their sights and sounds?

No getaway to Seoul is complete without calling into Gyeongbok Palace. As far as wondrous attractions go, it's up there with the best. It's located just 1 kilometre from the city centre.
