We arrived from a hurricane covered in bites and were told there was a problem and we may not have a room and jose the owner was quite rude to me because I was upset especially cuz so miserable physically and continued to be throughout my interaction with him the three nights we stayed there and thats why we left two nights early without any reimbursement
The only other thing was there was no hot water
The place itself is beautiful and breakfast very good and all of the other staff friendly
