We were disappointed with the service we received during our stay at Alicia Apartment. I booked this apartment in August 2024 because they advertised for complimentary breakfast and free shuttle drop-off to the airport. We didn’t get any complimentary that they advertised. The place is not a Good place. We wanted to stay there for one night and then go to the airport the next day.

Expedia advertises free shuttle however when you check in at the desk there is literally prices for the shuttle (differing depending on terminal). Our first floor room was crawling with ants and the bed feels like it’s going to break when you sit on it. I was kept awake between 12:30am and 05:00 from so many kids who have got into the building and were running, jumping, shouting ALL night. Knocking on our door too. I heard the occasional adult and also key cards being used in the early hours by them?! It’s in a really run down area so I think the kids have come in from outside. I was honestly too scared to go to sleep incase they got into the room!!

Advertisement said free airport shuttle and free breakfast. Was told that I didn't pay for either and they were not available to me. Neither was an option to choose when booking, but my itinerary did state free breakfast. Additionally, why would I have to "pay" for something that is advertised as "free"? Very noisy with dogs barking most of the night. Felt unsafe in the area. The Comfort Room was unpleasant. Would not recommend staying here.

Clogged sink; properly far from restaurants. No free breakfast as advertised. No free airport shuttle as advertised. Also, renter felt unsafe because road to the property was small and appears not accessible, for example, to fire trucks or other emergency vehicles.

I have no idea how anyone has actually stayed there. Our Grab driver was reluctant to even enter the area, and he was unwilling to stop within the... slum, is the best word for it. He didn't stop anywhere near the address and at risk to his rating and work as a Grab driver drove us to a completely different destination. It's quite telling that when I have tried to find Google street view of this location to show Expedia - there is none. Google won't go into where it is located.
