Thank you for having us. The bathroom was a bit small and the water did not get warm. We also felt a little ripped off by being told it was a 25 USD one way trip to the hotel from the airport when we landed, without providing knowledge that it was also a short walk across the sky bridge. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff were nice. Restaurant food was okay, a little bland. Thank you for having us.

The Belmont hotel stay was disappointing. First impressions was good the facility looks great and was in a perfect spot close to the Newport Mall. However, when I got to my room and washed my face, the towel that I used smelled pretty bad (moldy smell). My sister and I went to eat at their cafe and I ordered the Filipino breakfast which was available all day. My sister ordered pasta. The server told us that it would take 20 - 30 min and they only had a few people eating, Even trying to get coffee took 20 min! I was almost done with my breakfast and still no coffee. The server does not offer to refill my cup. My sister mentioned that their pasta must have been reheated because she noticed the cheese was starting to harden. Very disappointing stay and I’m glad I only stayed for 1 day.

The rooms were EXTREMELY small. For the price, there was no value. We have stayed at other Manila hotels with similar price with MUCH better amenities, and much larger. We won't stay there again.

The whole floor and rooms smell of cigarette smoke. You shouldn't put people who have kids and non smoker in smoking floor.
