Pros: The hotel looks pretty new, and very good condition. The only best thing about the hotel is probably the location. And the staff are very nice too. We didn’t try the food since there are restaurants all around the area. Cons: The room is really small for its price, like really small. No closets or cabinet to store our stuff, and just not enough space to walk around the room. Expensive for a tiny room. Disappointed when I tried to upgrade expecting it was going to be bigger but nope, it’s just a same size room but different bed.

Great hotel on Manila bay.

Very good location on Manila bay close walk to the hypermarket and mall of Asia plenty of great restaurants. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The staff is top notch!

Always my favourite property

Have always loved Lanson. Stayed long term on their other properties around the world and stayed at the service apartments the last round in MoA. Always great balance between comfort, quality and value. This time round at the hotel, facilities was good but no where close to the apartments. Had a toilet with disability support but means I don't even have any space to place my toiletries. Otherwise all is good. One really bad experience this time was that they were so busy no one answered the house phone all the time. it will ring non stop to both operator and bell hop and reception and no one would pick up. I had to leave the bags in the room to go check out as I couldn't get help with luggages as a result. Might be due to manpower shortage, but really need to avoid this in the future.

The hotel was very nice the staff are very accommodating specially Jasmine thank you so much, The only thing that I don't like when it comes to breakfast, for me I think they need to separate the line for walk in costumers and they need to prioritize the people who checked in to their hotel, and I already said that to jasmine because what happened is the walk in customers were accommodated first before us, I hope when I come back this minor concerns have already been fixed, but overall this hotel is superb and very well recommended
