Downstairs there’s a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, a small toilet room and a large lounge with fireplace and direct access to the garden. The garden is furnished with table, six chairs and two sunbeds and there is also direct access to the communal swimming pool through the garden.
Upstairs you’ll find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms with stairs leading to the roof terrace furnished with plenty of seating options to enjoy the sun.
The complex has a communal swimming pools and there is parking outside for 2 cars. The complex is a 15 minute walk to the beach and supermarket and a 20 minute walk to the marina.
