Beautiful 1st floor south facing 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment with lovely views over looking the communal pools , close to the busy village of Sabinillas between Estepona and Sotogrande and 25 mins from Gibraltar. This property is of high quality, well established and very secure urbanisation complete with mature gardens, 3 beautiful swimming pools including a children pool, 24 hour security, life guard around the main swimming pool and its own underground private parking bay. This apartment has an entrance hall leading to a modern, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, independent utility room and a spacious lounge/dining room with access to a large private terrace (30 meter squared) with views over looking the swimming pools and out to sea. Recently the furniture has all been modernised which includes new sofa bed and new beds in both bedrooms, the terrace has a table and 4 chairs, the apartment has air conditioning which can use for heat in colder months.
The beautiful Duquesa marina is only a short walk away and is full of bars and it has every type of restaurant to dine out.

great flat
We've been visiting the area for about 26 years, since my in-laws moved there. In the past, we had generally stayed with family, but they have gotten older they have downsized to a smaller home, so for the first time we chose to rent a place. And this is a great place. Excellent value for the cost. The owner and the on-site manager are helpful and responsive. Kitchen stocked so you can cook at home. Two (more?) great pools just outside your door. The balcony overlooks the bigger pool and has a great view. Comes with a parking space if you have a car, but it is an easy walk to the port and there are also a few bars and restaurants even closer. We will definitely look into staying here again when we visit family, and I am passing along the information to my brother-in-law for his visit to Puerta de la Duquesa this winter. Five stars.
