Sink and tub drain drained very slowly. There was a bulb out in the bathroom. The tv remote only registered about half the time. Most if not all of the outlets did not work. The chairs look like the were purchased from an office that used them for the last 15 years.

We booked in short notice as the area was limited in options and weekend rates were outrageous. The hotel was ok not my usual choice of stay. There were no wash cloths or hand towels in bathroom. Could hear the wind howl through the window and AC unit. Overall not a bad place to spend the night but even with the recent coat of paint and upgrades the building could use some work.

Absolutely disgusting room. Stains on the sheets. Dirty tub and shower. Staff had kids running around the front desk area. Staff ignored me for a long time when trying to check in. Checked in a bit after 3 to get our keys, then returned around 11PM only to realize how absolutely filthy the room was. Decided to leave because we didn’t feel safe with how unsanitary everything was. Reached out to Expedia to try and get a refund, but the property manager refused. We have since filed a complaint with the BBB. This place needs an inspector to come in and shut it down.

Upon arrival sheets had stains, chairs literally ripped in many places and very weathered looking. Bathroom/shower very dirty to the point where I couldn’t fathom taking a shower here- towels stained yellow. Very overall poor quality hotel. Hotel manager RICK would not refund money when asked. Highly do NOT recommend staying here.

Outdated and old. The towels were so small and thin and we had to ask everyday for extras. They failed to replace the empty tissue box and the bed was not properly made during the daily cleaning. The breakfast was not good and the orange juice was watered down. The parking lot is old and rutted. The only thing going for this place is it is centrally located.

We wished there were security cameras in the parking lot. We felt unsure about our car being safe. I was also worried about my elderly mom in the parking lot, as the surface had some cracks and was uneven in places. We also had no towels in the pool area. The hot tub was perfect, and it was an attractive pool area. The staff was accommodating and helpful when we needed assistance. The breakfast was nice, and we saw the staff cleaning different areas, several times. Staff was polite! Thank you!

Unfortunate housekeeping...

Sadly, I was warned by more regular hotel not to stay here. I normally book elsewhere. This was close to my regular location. Staff was great and accomodating. The room was gross specifically dirt and hair on the bathtub, dust on tray surface in bathroom, chunks of dirt/ dust on phone and not stocked. Lotion and shampoo bottles were half empty and clearly used earlier. Many corners cut here.

The towels and washcloths were dingy and yellow with stains. The was a moldy smell in my room. Staff unfriendly and didn't even greet me. Staff ignored the question I asked about checkout. I could not wait to leave. I will never stay there again and I hope you never do either.

Horrible for a business

Room was horrible. The ceiling needed painting, the carpet had something on it so when you stepped on it your foot was sticky if you didn’t miss it, the chair in the room was wore out, hot tub was not very hot and jets didn’t work proberly. Pool area the ceiling had paint and dry wall tape coming off.
