YUCK!
There was black mold in the rim of the toilet. "stuff" on the garbage can in our room, towels were worn, hotel smelled of incense, screen window was broke, mold on the windows. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I didn't. I wont stay here ever again. Disgusting.

The room was dirty, walls had chips, walls were grimy, sink was falling through countertop. Toilet and shower were filthy, hair dryer was grimy, door beat up, picture missing on wall, hanger still there. Missing back on tv remote, face of phone missing. The window and screen looked like someone tried to break in or out. Basically the room was torn up. We would have gone somewhere else, but nothing available. We called ahead and the clerk told us we didn’t have a reservation, checked with Expedia to get reservation number. This hotel was more expensive than the hotels which were a lot nicer. I would not recommend it to anyone, they would be better sleeping in their car.

The only good thing was the hot tub. The room was just gross. Half the lights had burnt out bulbs, the tub had a literal grimey dirt ring along with black crud at the base. No shower lift option even though there was a shower head. To make it even worse after we got back from swimming there was a frantic knocking on our door and then it swung open thankfully stopping with the latch! The front desk worker saying he needed my name and ID again because he needed clarification with my room number?!? He would have barged right in had that latch not been there. It scared my 12 year old and was completely inappropriate and unprofessional! All I can say is shame on you and never again!

Hotel is dirty and old. It has been repainted but poorly, not professionally. The owners are the housekeepers and men who cut corners. The beds were comfortable. The sheets had stains as though they were laundered by household machines. Screens on the windows on the first floor looked as though they were pilled away from windows and broken into. No elevators. When we asked for a first floor room, front desk was less than accommodating but did finally give us one when they saw my 89 year old mother. Hotel appears not to be handicap accessible.

Hotel is a little run down with seemingly very minor upkeep. A little black mold above the shower head and a few rips in the shower curtain. Alarm clock was unplugged and I found out why. It doesn’t keep time and has periodic static. Nice enough staff when I saw them. Overall a comfortable stay for the price as I was just staying for one night on business. Which I think most tenets were doing also. A lot of construction workers. I wouldn’t pick this hotel for a vacation. Best regards, Jacques

In our first room the TV was not working. Staff came in for a short time and tried to fix it. He couldn't so he immediately took us to a different room. Hotel was clean.

This place is absolutely disgusting and dirty. We left within 10 minutes of arriving and being shown 3 different room each worse than the previous. Place made our skin crawl and we left knowing we were going to get our money back but you couldn't pay us to stay there!

It took forever to check in...my partner had to walk outside because he was so frustrated. We only got 2 bath towels - no hand or washclothes -- had to ask for them. The whole hotel stank of incense. I have 'perfume allergies' and suffered through the night. The food was good and the morning clerk the next day was helpful

This was a good choice for a cheap stay. We appreciated the location, free parking, and complimentary hot breakfast. We weren’t happy that the windows lacked closing drapes or blinds. There is just a see through mesh curtain that lets in light.
