Went to get ice and the ice machine was blocked by personal items, off the employees that lived there Was asked for a $60 deposit, upon checking in , in 58 years old , i dont do security deposits anymore. Went to leave office was locked at 10am , put key in mailbox- on video, not wanting a $60 charge for no check out / no keys . Towels , wash clothes were very nice

Don't stay here!!! Do not recommend!
Mattress cover and base sheet were horribly blood stained! The rest of the bedding was wrinkled and disheveled. The room smelled nasty. The desk clerk was apologetic and kind. He called staff in immediately to clean. We were given another room which smelled and looked clean. There was no coffee pot and hair dryer did not work. Unfortunately, this was our only choice. We discovered the next morning the shower did not work! This hotel was not at all as advertised. No continental breakfast, pool was closed...not that we would have chanced either.

The hotel needs to start putting in their website all the darn fees that They are going to charge so you’re more prepared. $30 a piece, per day of stay for dogs! Is absolutely ridiculous. On top of the $60 deposit…. Oh and not to mention they will try to charge your card without your permission for it when you disagree and walk out. Howd that work out for yall? The room was great and bed was okay. Other than that they’re naggy

All we could hear was kids running around in the room above us. And then the people next door kept screaming at kids. Had their tv up real loud. And they were trying to open the connecting door. The toliet was very low to the ground

Very uncomfortable beds but nice hotel
It was overall a nice hotel. I would go there again. The ONLY reason it got a 4 star and not 5 is because the beds were VERY uncomfortable. The mattresses are very hard. It's almost as bad as sleeping on the floor but other than that it was nice. And the pool was very nice.

Lots of screaming and fighting from other guests throughout the night. Floors were dirty. Sheets and towels were stained. WiFi didn’t work. Ice machine and vending machine broken or not turned on. Great price but too sketchy for comfort especially surrounded by volatile people.
